LUXURY RESORT AND SPA RENOVATION

X2 Samui needed a new look and feel and a wow factor Spa reception. BAYA set about repurposing meeting rooms and created floating box structure, in keeping with the original resort design. BAYA also renovated the bar and restaurant, creating an eye catching real wood backdrop with on-brand orange perspex backlit drinks display. All pool villa rooms were given a makeover, redressed and styled with wall finishes and accessories for the new spa driven target audience.

LUXURY POOL VILLAS

Stunning stone veneer panels were a clever introduction onto plain walls, with a limitation in thickness, these created texture without major renovation works being necessary.

The new build and renovation works were completed by the Christmas deadine for guests to enjoy the new dedicated Spa reception and upgraded villas with great room and spa packages made available.
