BAYA became involved at a crucial moment in construction to help the client resolve their interior design strategy and vision. Within days decisions were being made and within weeks a final design document was finalised so construction could continue without delay and the dream villa was back on track. With a combination of natural finishes and luxury lamintes, the villa now has a collective theme and colour palette.

Now on target to be finished early 2023, with unique bespoke built-in furniture and accessories, our final design and sourcing stages are ongoing.

BAYA is involved in monitoring interior fit-out to oversee the main installtion works and final touches and welcome the new owners to their Koh Samui home.
