DESIGN RENOVATION OF LUXURY 4 BEDROOM POOL VILLA - 900 SQM +

A recently purchased super prime beachfront villa in one of the most exclusive locations on the island, the villa needed a makeover to bring it in line with the new owners sense of design and style. With new areas identified for repurposing and an overall udgrade of finishes and built-in furniture and interior finishes, BAYA produced a variety of design and material selections for the clients to have as many options for the construction teams to estimate.

It’s wonderful to bring a luxury beachfront villa up to it’s full potential.

NATURAL TONES AND FABRICS

Replacing a cooler interior colour palette and material selection with natural finishes and tones was top of our clients wish list. Floor finishes would be replaced to match the new style guide, with natural stone covering some walls.

On target to be finished in 2023, construction is underway and like many renivation projects, details will need our constant monitoring and revisions, where necessary.

Sourcing of freestanding furniture and custom made items is underway for the last details to be confirmed.
