EXCLUSIVE LUXURY 5 BED POOL VILLA - 1250 SQM +

Commisioned late in the construction process, BAYA had to work fast on the developers original designs, to revise floor plans, incorporate the client’s additional items, add villa functionality prior to interior design detailing stages. Custom made bespoke teak furniture with teak and stone wall claddings all combine to bring warmth and texture to this modern hillside villa. So happy with the outcome BAYA was commissioned to design the clients new luxury villa project in the Caribbean from scratch.

A villa that has everything for an incredible tropical home or getaway with a view to match.

LOWER GROUND CINEMA, GYM AND GUEST ROOM

During construction BAYA redesigned the lower ground level to include an amazing home cinema, gym, guest ensuite bedroom and staff quarters. Our signature bespoke sandblasted teak furniture brought detail and warmth to the interiors, modern yet homely.
