TWO LUXURY RESIDENCE UNDER ONE ROOF WITH A TOTAL OF 8 BEDROOMS - 2000 SQM +

This incredible property aimed for the best of the best, a five star property for a family home and luxury holiday rental. Utilising an existing architectural design feature of modern oak doors, BAYA created the stunning oak themed interiors and matched them with other features – custom finished wardrobes, fabric panels and free standing furniture. With additional consultation on interior layouts and some architectural finishes, the final product was a resounding success.

To help design and oversee one of the most beautifullly finished villas on the island was an honour and a pleasure.

Fully fitted gym, cinema room, massage spa room, this villa has it all. Working with beautiful oak and custom made wardrobes, no detail was overlooked. Each bespoke piece built to fit perfectly into the carefully planned interiors.
