Perched on the edge of a deep gorge, in a stunning community in the south of the island, access, space planning and working within the undulating topography, this luxury villa presented us with all the usual obstacle’s in the inital stages of design. After design and construction of an access road-bridge to the villa entrance level, the project evolved gracefully from then on.

With the the acrhitectural design stage complete, the client will complete the interior design to their own specification, which is underway.
BAYA look foward to the completion of the internal esign works so construction of the main building can begin and this beautiful home will be realised.
