NEW MASTER SUITE VILLA & POOL TERRACE - 300 SQM +

Our clients vision to have a an independent master-suite building for privacy and contemplation. Nestled into the mountianside, surrounded by stunning granite boulders and flora, we layered the building around the natural topography, where every inch of space was crucial and construction would have to be on point. A stunning new terrace and in ground aquamarine swimming pool would merge the old a new structures a create a beautiful focal point for the completed villa.

Modern lines enhanced by natural local materials that complement the incredible landscapes and views.

HOME OFFICE, YOGA SALA AND MASTERBEDROOM

Three levels of luxury and privacy with wonderful sea views. Space planning in the limited topographical footprint was of utmost importance, prior to beautification of the interior design and external material selections.

The project was completed on time and budget, with a great local team, working hard on the finishing details to provide the client and the villa a new lease of life, with a far more welcoming outdoor terrace and pool.

The landscape now manicured and thriving gives this wonderful location a stunning backdrop for relaxing and entertaining through the year.
